Communities for Children
Focussing on connecting families and services in the regions of Hackham, Hackham West, Morphett Vale, Lonsdale and Christie Downs.
The core questions are:
Why are "hard to reach" families hard to reach?
What gaps are there between what families need and what services are available?
What can agencies do to make their service more applicable to these families' needs?
What has worked in the past for agencies and what hasn't?
